We do this via our Lighting as a Service (LaaS) business model. A concept where we lease you lighting fixtures whilst taking care of all the installation and maintenance. We offer tailored finance solutions through registered lenders which means Zero capex and in most cases we put cash back on your balance sheet.
ENERGY AUDIT & LIGHTING DESIGN
We provide energy audits and lighting designs to compare before and after energy use. We use colour rendered images and heat maps to show how we improve your lighting levels and comfort. This will show clients typical savings over a year and we can even change your energy provider to a accredited low carbon provider to enhance your company's green credentials.
FINANCE MODEL
Once we have shown you how much you can save on energy bills we can help you reinvest some of that saving into a 5 to 7 year maintenance free contract. So you get a new upgraded lighting installation improving light levels, environment, comfort and productivity for zero capital cost.
FULL INSTALL AND MAINTENANCE
Our expert fully trained and insured installation team will carry out the works at your convenience even if that's over night or at weekends. Our aim is that you have zero disruption during the install.

If your installation benefits from one of our control solutions we also carry out the testing and commissioning in- house.
